Lead Developer - UK

We are looking for a very experienced Web Developer to lead our UK offices. Hot Beans Web is a fastly growing Web Development company that is a part of the Hot Beans Group. In the Uk we are expanding from 2 offices to 10 in the next year and we need a current Lead Developer or a very experienced Senior Developer to lead that growth.

Job Role:
• Leading all the UK Offices
• Be responsible for the Expansion in the UK
• Manage the workload between the UK Offices to ensure that it is divided fairly.
• Work with the Lead Developer - Europe to collaborate with other countries for multi national Projects.

Salary: £150,000

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Degree related to computer science or an equivelent qualification
• Experience in leading company expansion
• 1+ Years Experience as a Lead Developer and/or 5+ Years Experience as a Senior Developer
• Experience in Leading a team over multiple offices
• Being able to work independently and as a team
• Being able to be proactive and fix problems.

Senior Web Developer - UK

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to lead one of our Development Teams or projects and help lead one of our UK offices. Hot Beans Web is a fastly growing Web Development company that is a part of the Hot Beans Group. In the UK we are expanding from 2 offices to 10 in the next year and we need a current Senior Developer or an experienced Junior Developer to join the team.

Job Role:
• Leading a Development team or project
• Help to lead one of our UK offices
• Manage the workload of the team or project to ensure that it is divided fairly.
• Work with the Lead Developer - UK to collaborate with other offices for national Projects.

Salary: £70,000

Qualifications and Experience:

Junior Web Developer - UK x45

We are looking for a Web Developer to work one of our Development Teams or projects and in one of our UK offices. Hot Beans Web is a fastly growing Web Development company that is a part of the Hot Beans Group. In the UK we are expanding from 2 offices to 10 in the next year and we need current Junior Developers or experienced Apprentice Developers to join the team.

Job Role:
• Being apart of a Development team or project
• Ensuring tasks get done withing the time given
• Working with our clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the end results.
• Work with the team/project to ensure that all tasks get done to the highest standard.

Salary: £40,000

We are looking for individuals who want to join one of our Development Teams or projects and learn the art of web development in one of our UK offices. Hot Beans Web is a fastly growing Web Development company that is a part of the Hot Beans Group. In the UK we are expanding from 2 offices to 10 in the next year and we need enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for learning and coding.

Job Role:
• Interacting with different projects and development teams
• Gain hands on knowledge from working directly within different teams
• Manage the workload of University studies and development tasks
• Spend 1 day a week on university tasks to work towards a BSc in Digital and Technology Solutions

Salary: £30,000
